Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) requires a supplier who can develop a report analyzing the Off-Road Mobile Equipment Supply Chain for the Canadian mining sector, defined as “mobile mining equipment”, including original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), parts suppliers, importer, exporters, and retailers, as detailed in the Statement of Work, Annex A to the bid solicitation.
