The Department of National Defence has a requirement for professional consulting and training services to support implementation of the Canadian Armed Forces Stepped Based Care (SBC) Concurrent-Site Pilot at two Canadian Forces Health Services pilot sites. SBC,which is based on the Stepped Care 2.0© (SC 2.0) model, is an organizing framework to improve access, continuity, flow, and consistency within existing Mental Health Services.
