The objective of this contract is to provide the Government of Canada with comprehensive media and social media monitoring, reporting, and analytical services that deliver timely awareness of emerging issues, breaking news, media trends, and public sentiment across print, broadcast, digital, regional, local, cultural, and social media sources. The services will support informed decision-making and effective communications through continuous monitoring, reporting, sentiment analysis, transcripts, media content retrieval, and qualitative and quantitative analysis.
