INVITATION TO SUBMIT AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) – Warehouse space

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is asking interested parties to provide information for a potential lease of space that meets the following criteria: Section A: Lease Components • a lease term of approximately three (3) years, commencing on or about January 1, 2027, plus options to extend the lease for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each; • approximately 280 - 550 usable square metres (um2) of contiguous warehouse or warehouse/office space and one (1) parking space; • the proposed space should satisfy or be capable of satisfying the following criteria: 1. have two (2) separate, individual washrooms, and these washrooms will not form part of the Lessee’s usable space; 2. the proposed space must have all basic utilities, including telecommunications, water, sewer, gas and electricity (200 amps); 3. have electrical outlets installed throughout the leases premises, as mutually agreed to by the Lessee and Lessor; 4. be heated, or have the capability to be heated to a minimum of 20 degrees Celsius; 5. have a minimum unobstructed warehouse ceiling height of 3.05 metres (10’), measured from the top of the finished floor to the underside
