This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) E6TOR-23RM03 and covers a requirement from the following Product Category of the SA: a. Heavy Construction Equipment Rental CFB Kingston has a requirement for the supply, delivery and subsequent pick-up of rental heavy construction equipment for Snow and Ice Control (SNIC) operations. The requirement consists of an Initial Period from 01 December 2026 to 31 March 2027, an Option Period from 15 November 2027 to 31 March 2028, and may include additional rental services authorized through Task Authorizations.
