Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to replace an existing hydro utility pole and associated 44 kV air break switch located on the primary electrical feed to Beaver Creek Institution. This work is required to improve the reliability of the main electrical distribution system by mitigating recurring operational failures of the existing air break switch,
