NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) The Department of National Defence (DND), in support of the Canadian Forces Health Services (CFHS), has a requirement for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, documentation, and warranty support of ten (10) Mobile Treatment Centre (MTC) cap-style slide-in modules. The MTCs will be installed on Government-owned 2024 Dodge RAM 3500 trucks and will provide enhanced casualty treatment, extraction, and transportation capabilities to support CFHS training, routine operations, mandated safety activities, and domestic response operations across Canada. The requirement includes all associated equipment, components, installation harnesses, medical treatment accommodations, electrical and environmental systems, emergency warning equipment, documentation, training, and services necessary to deliver a fully operational capability. The resulting contract will be effective from the date of contract award until March 31, 2028. The initial requirement includes the firm supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of two (2) Mobile Treatment Centre (MTC) units.
