Canada Lands Company CLC Limited (the “Company”) on behalf of Build Canada Homes (“BCH”) intends to retain a construction management services firm (the “Construction Manager”) in respect of the development project for the lands located at the Pointe-de-Longueuil in Longueuil, Quebec (the “Development Project”). The Company is issuing this Advance Procurement Notice (“APN”) to provide interested parties with preliminary information regarding the Development Project as well as the competitive procurement process (the “Procurement Process”) that the Company expects to undertake to retain the Construction Manager. This APN is not part of the Procurement Process, and does not constitute a bid solicitation, tender, or procurement process of any kind in respect of the procurement of the Construction Manager or the Development Project. No agreement or contract will be entered into based on this APN.
