NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) Solicitation #: 30008053 This requirement is for Fisheries and Oceans Canada Title: Stream to Sea Program Delivery and Coordination Services: South Coast – Victoria, Sooke, Saanich and Southern Gulf Islands Objective: Fisheries and Oceans Canada, requires Contractors to provide delivery and coordination services for the Stream to Sea Program, as defined by the Project Authority, for schools within School Districts listed below, as well as Independent Schools, other Learning Centres, and community partners in the same geographic area: Victoria, Sooke, Saanich and Southern Gulf Islands (including School Districts (SD) 61, 62, 63, 64) Stream to Sea Program delivery and coordination services are required over the entire duration of this Contract with some times requiring more commitment than others. Delivery and coordination services will be defined on a geographic specific basis through the development of work plan details using the information provided in Appendix 1 (Scope of Work). The Contractor will work with the Project Authority, to coordinate and deliver the Stream to Sea Program in schools and with local community groups.
