The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer (OCEO), an agent of Parliament, exercises general direction and supervision over the conduct of elections and referendums at the federal level and is commonly known as Elections Canada. Requirement Elections Canada (EC) requires Software as a Service (SaaS) Solution for digital recruiting services, including training and support. EC would use these services for Protected B information related to Election Administrators Selection Process. The requirement is detailed in the Statement of Requirement attached as Annex A to this RFP (the “Statement of Requirement”) Incumbent The work is currently being performed by VidCruiter Inc. under contract (value $99,913.28 CAD including applicable sales tax).
