Summary 1.1 Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide a study on Economic Impacts of Rail Decarbonization in Canada to Environment and Climate Change Canada. 1.2 The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to 2027-March-31 inclusive. 1.3 Offerors must submit their financial offer in accordance with the “Annex Basis of Payment”. 1.4 The mandatory and point rated technical criteria are described in the “Annex Technical Criteria”. 1.5 The Basis of Selection is Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit (70%) and Price (30%). 1.6 The maximum funding available for the resulting contract is $70,000.00 (applicable taxes extra).
