NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) Solicitation #: 30008200 This requirement is for Fisheries and Oceans Canada Title: Stream to Sea Program Delivery and Coordination Services: South Coast – Parksville, Qualicum, Comox Valley Objective: Fisheries and Oceans Canada, requires Contractors to provide delivery and coordination services for the Stream to Sea Program, as defined by the Project Authority, for schools within School Districts listed below, as well as Independent Schools, other Learning Centres, and community partners in the same geographic area: Parksville, Qualicum, Comox Valley (including School Districts (SD) 69 and 71) Stream to Sea Program delivery and coordination services are required over the entire duration of this Contract with some times requiring more commitment than others. Delivery and coordination services will be defined on a geographic specific basis through the development of work plan details using the information provided in Appendix 1 (Statement of Work).
