Requirement CFHA, within DND, has a requirement for inspections and securing of existing floor-mounted return air grilles located in Residential Housing Units (RHU) at Housing Services Centre (HSC) Borden. 2. Proposed period of contract The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award to March 31st, 2027. 5.
