NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) Request For Standing Offers (RFSO) number: 1000271058 This request for standing offers addresses the requirement of the Department of Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC). DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT. Land Development Planner Expert Services: CIRNAC is seeking contractors to deliver expert advisory services in specialized subject areas. The services will be required on an as and when required basis, requested with a Call-up. QUALIFICATION An Offeror, including related entities, can submit Offers in response to this RSFO. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS There are no security requirements associated with this solicitation of offers or the Standing Offer; however, Security requirements will be identified and evaluated for each call-up and must be met prior to issuance.
