Notice of Re-Solicitation -This solicitation is a reissuance of the previous bid solicitation number CIC-160522, which closed on October 21, 2026. No compliant offers were received under the original competitive process. -Please note that the Corporate Mandatory and Point-Rated criteria have been modified to improve clarity and enhance open competition. - The objective of this requirement is to ensure the stability, continuous improvement, and modernization of IRCC’s SAP Workflows, Departmental Financial Signing Authority (DFSA) capabilities and various programs supporting the transformation efforts of the Finance and Procurement Sector, while strengthening internal capacity to operate and maintain these solutions. - Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories.
