Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide a Technical Assessment and Cost-Benefit Analysis on Fuel Storage Tank Systems Life Cycle (Installation, Maintenance and Removal) to Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) as described in Annex Statement of Work. The technical assessment and cost-benefit analysis will evaluate various options for the installation, maintenance, and decommissioning of storage tank systems and how they align with current industry practices in Canada. The analysis must identify associated environmental impacts, resource requirements, benefits, challenges, and operational and policy risks such as regulatory misalignment, compliance barriers, or unintended socioeconomic consequences that go beyond environmental considerations. This includes considerations for both the regulated community and key industry stakeholders such as certified installers, professional engineers, project managers, consultants, and manufacturers.
