NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT Description: The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the provision of services of Level 2 (intermediate) Engineering Graduate and Level 3 (Senior) Engineering Graduate to support Directorate Maritime Equipment Program Management Submarines (DMEPM (SM)) organization for the delivery and management of the DND owned Submarine Material Certification Policy and Course as defined in Annex A – Statement of Work. This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-180026 or E60ZT-180027 who qualified under “Tier 1” (= $0 - $3.75M) for the following category: 12.3 Engineering Graduate (Level 2) 12.3 Engineering Graduate (Level 3) The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal: Babcock Canada Inc.
