The contract will be for a 5-year period. Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation of bids is open only to Canadian suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner. Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.
