Pre-qualified suppliers, to whom a supply arrangement has been issued under RFSA NRCan-5000075549, will not be required to submit a new arrangement. The scope of this request for supply arrangement (RFSA) is to qualify companies to deliver Client Facilitation Services to help NRCan assist client organizations plan, develop, and implement major energy efficiency and GHG initiatives through the use of energy management, measurement and verification (M&V), renewables, and energy performance contracts to help meet the FSDS targets.
