The objective of this procurement is to acquire a new composite cutting saw to replace an existing in house-built unit which does not meet our current operational and safety requirements. This equipment will be used for accurate cutting of novel composite materials into coupons for metrology and mechanical testing in support of NRC’s research and development mandate. The saw will eliminate the reliance on third parties to perform the cutting work
