Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation of bids is open only to Canadian suppliers. The period for making call- ups against the Standing Offer is one (1) year from date of issuance of the Standing Offer, with the option to extend the Standing Offer for up to four (4) additional one (1) year option periods.
