NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT The Department of National Defence has a requirement to design, supply, install, and commission an Emergency Broadcast System at CFAD Rocky Point, 5601 Rocky Point Road, Victoria, BC. The work will involve the following: Provide a fully functional, depot-wide Emergency Broadcast System capable of delivering clear audio and visual alerts. Ensure compliance with HERO standards.
