Ernst & Young LLP Description of the Requirement: The Office of the Auditor General of Canada (OAG) performs an annual audit of the consolidated financial statements of Farm Credit Canada (FCC) prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The OAG requires a Contractor to provide professional advisory and review services to assist the OAG audit team and its internal specialists in conducting audit work related to FCC’s ACL calculation. The OAG audit team will retain overall responsibility for the audit and OAG’s internal specialist will perform the primary assessment of the ACL, and the Contractor will provide advisory, consultation and review services to support that work.
