Description: • Full construction services to construct, transport and set up new modular contained use building, storage building, and site development of an existing site at Dillon, SK. • Construction services to include, but not limited to: - Construction of approximately 800 sq m single-storey wood framed modular building on crawl space. Building includes office space, a garage, storage areas and contained use areas. - Construction of a 75 sq m single storey wood framed garage - Construction to be of high quality and durable materials. Project is inclusive of interior finishes, mil/work, glazing, doors, etc. - Construction of associated structural, mechanical, and electrical systems with emergency backup power - Construction of Lift Station • Development of site including installation of underground services, grading, signage, lighting, and granular surfacing. • Project also includes a self-contained solar photovoltaic system.
