Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) requires a structured artificial intelligence (AI) adoption and implementation-support program to assist multiple PSPC organizations in identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and planning the implementation of AI opportunities within their business areas. The requirement consists of a coordinated twelve-month pilot involving multiple participating PSPC groups. The successful supplier will provide a structured program that combines advisory support, facilitated learning, readiness assessments, implementation planning, knowledge transfer, and ongoing participant engagement.
