Project Description: Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Transport Canada (TC), requires engineering consulting services to prepare design drawings and National Master Specifications (NMS) for upgrades to the existing water treatment system at St. Anthony Airport, Newfoundland and Labrador.
