Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) that includes, but is not limited for Bilingual (French/English) consultants to provide, on an as needed basis, materials, quality control and construction inspection services for a number of projects. This RISO will be from November 15, 2026 or issuance of Standing Offer to November 14, 2027 inclusive with 2 one-year option periods.This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. Reference the solicitation for further details.
