Delivery to Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) Transportation Emissions & Electrification Laboratory Facility in Ottawa on an as-and-when-requested basis from December 1, 2026 up to and including November 30, 2028. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Debriefings will be available upon request.
