Request for Expression of Interest (RFEOI) for Network Operations Center - Bldg 76 (CJWC Relocation) 1. English Description ??????DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. WA221004 – Network Operations Center - Bldg 76 (CJWC Relocation), 3701 Carling Avenue, Shirleys Bay CampusDefence Construction Canada (DCC) invites general contractors to express their interest in providing all labour, materials, and equipment necessary to build a Network Operation Centre on the ground floor of Building 76. This Request for Expression of Interest (RFEOI) is the first step of a two-step solicitation process, the second step being the Tender Phase.  Only general contractors that have expressed their interest through the Electronic Bidding System prior to the closing date and time of this RFEOI will be invited to submit a proposal at the second stage. Only submissions received in accordance with the requirements of the Electronic Bidding System will be considered. Only the general contractors who will have responded to this RFEOI will be invited to submit a bid during the Tender Phase. DCC reserves the right to terminate this solicitation at the end of the RFEO
