Design-Builder Services (Modified Design-Build Projects) Canadian Forces Housing Agency - Residential Portfolio Capital Investment Plan, 3 Wing, CFB Bagotville, Montreal (Saint-Hubert), and CFB Valcartier, Quebec Region DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) is requesting Proposals from Design-Build Teams to design and construct multi unit residential housing. Three (3) contracts will be awarded as a result of this RFP, one (1) at 3 Wing, CFB Bagotville, one (1) at Montreal (Saint-Hubert), and one (1) at CFB Valcartier, each following a modified design-build approach. Additional details are provided in the Request for Proposals (RFP) documents. The estimated cost for the opportunity at 3 Wing, CFB Bagotville is in the range of $105 to $131 million. The estimated cost for the opportunity at Montreal (Saint-Hubert)  is in the range of $88 to $109 million. The estimated cost for the opportunity at CFB Valcartier is in the range of $486 to $608 million.
