The HEP Legacy fleet has exceeded its expected performance and investments are required on critical systems and structures to keep the fleet in service while maintaining operational efficiency and reliability.  As part of the HEP Repair Program, Park Prestige - Structural & System repairs aims to address Structural repairs and Systems repairs / obsolescence such as Electrical, Interior, Carbody, etc… on 4 HEP1 Park Prestige cars.  This project is intended to be awarded to an external Contractor for the production of all 4 HEP1 Park Prestige cars.Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com.
